Application Scenarios
01 3C Field
The GOQ47S can be used for high-precision positioning, especially for fine objects, such as chips, circuit board edges, etc. Users can install it in the assembly head, parallel connecting rod position, for inspection and positioning of circuit boards or components, such as mobile phone cases, mobile phone screen inspection, etc.
The wood processing field also has high requirements for sensors. During the processing, different colours of the boards, irregular patterns of the boards, as well as rough surfaces inside the holes, low reflectivity and other difficulties will be encountered.GOQ47S has the advantages of accurate laser positioning, high resolution, high corresponding frequency, low chromatic aberration attenuation, which is very suitable for the inspection work in this field.

GOQ47S series of high-precision laser sensors can be used to measure the height difference and flatness of automotive parts, which can reduce the error rate of material distribution, make the automation of material distribution smoother, save human resources, improve the efficiency of conveying, and help automotive parts inspection to achieve intelligent upgrading.
In the photovoltaic industry, GOQ47S can detect the stacking height of silicon wafers, and also detect whether there are missing corners of silicon wafers.
In the lithium industry, GOQ47S can measure whether there is any leakage of welding wire on the top cover of lithium batteries, and avoid the production of defective lithium batteries by monitoring the height difference of the workpiece.
